  • A VR experience with multi-user headsets. The experience takes place with a connected headset, without a backpack.

  • Currently, the experience is available in French, English, and Spanish. We are also working on creating new versions in additional languages.

  • The experience lasts about 30 minutes.

  • Yes, participants must be at least 10 years old and accompanied by an adult. Please note that some content may not be suitable for younger children due to the themes covered in the experience.

  • Yes, you are welcome to take photos throughout the experience. However, we kindly ask that you be mindful of other participants and avoid using flash photography or video recording in areas where it may be disruptive.

  • Yes, some participants may experience dizziness, but this varies from person to person. A team of supervisors will be on hand to assist you with any issues you may encounter.

  • Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, individuals with heart conditions or epilepsy should not participate in our immersive virtual reality expedition.

  • Yes, people wearing prescription glasses can fully enjoy our virtual reality experience. However, please note that some larger glasses may not be compatible with the headset.

  • The content of the experience is not subtitled, but a person wearing a hearing aid should be able to follow and hear the content.

  • Unfortunately, no. The experience is not designed to accommodate children in baby carriers or strollers.
